If you’re feeling stressed or frustrated, try creating a ‘Techno-Break’ during your busy day. Every day, no matter how busy we are, there are tiny pockets of time where we can choose to keep feeling stressed or we can take a ‘techno-break’ from our smartphones, tablets and other digital devices…

Try This: The next time you feel overwhelmed, turn off your smartphone, walk away from your digital devices for 30 minutes. Think you can’t do it – I challenge you. If may feel impossible, frustrating and make you anxious but if you practice taking mini ‘techno-breaks’ every day, you’ll be able to stretch out the time a little longer every day. Of course, this will depend on the work you do but if it’s a challenge, do it on a weekend or a time when you’re not working. Try it and let me know what happens!
